3. Select Delete Account / Delete Data.
4. Confirm your request. Your account and personal data will be permanently removed from our active databases.

Option B: Email Request

If you cannot access your account or logged in via a third-party service (such as Facebook / Meta), you may submit a formal data deletion request by emailing us:

• Body: Please include the email address and user name associated with your account.

Upon receiving your request, we will process and confirm the deletion of your personal data within 30 days, subject to any legal obligations requiring retention.

Option C: Deletion via Facebook / Meta Platform Settings

If you signed into AfricaConnect Marketplace using Facebook / Meta:

1. Go to your Facebook Profile > Settings & Privacy > Settings.
2. Select Apps and Websites from the side menu.
3. Find AfricaConnect Marketplace and click Remove.
4. Click View Removed Apps and Websites and choose Send Request to request that AfricaConnect Marketplace delete your user data.
